To get the most out of your traject:
Wear athletic clothing (there will be movement & stretching)
Sessions are barefoot
Bring water and a towel
A hoodie is nice to have during stretching
Hydrate well for 24–36 hours after each session
Avoid scheduling heavy training or sport after the session of the same day
You may feel muscle fatigue after the session
The next day may feel like you had a deep massage - this is normal
