Working with Abundance Pathways has been a game-changer for my football performance. The sessions, which focus heavily on mobility and recovery, helped me feel an immediate difference, especially in my hips and legs. I now move more freely and have significantly less of the nagging stiffness I used to experience. Plus, I haven’t had any cramps since starting. Personal Performance

Prior to starting my journey with Chad, I was looking for an opportunity to get back into a healthy relationship with my body in order to move and feel less tensed. Being diagnosed with a chronicle kidney disease caused major cramps and fatigue. His training method provides me with a foundational structure from which we have increased intensity and complexity load making sure every day is accustomed to my irregular condition.
Since the start of our trajectory I’ve gained muscular capacity, reduction of cramps and most of all regained faith in my body and mind. This work is a key fundamental for me to do all the low-mediated stuff I can do to maximize my performance day in day out.
Over-50 Vitality Program
What do you find most fun or rewarding about the Over-50 Program?
Suzanne: Positive enthusiastic realm and teacher. Personal attention when needed. Limited group of people. Lots of fun. And most important very quick transformation of my flexibility and body, and therefore feeling better about myself. Feeling younger.
Manita: The exercises we do before the stretching itself.
Rene: The exercises with the tennis balls.
What’s been the biggest challenge for you in the sessions—and how have you worked through it?
Suzanne: The difficulties in my left knee and hip. Still is there because there is damage to both but so much better.
Manita: (No direct answer provided.)
Rene: The LBQ. I only do this exercise in your class, never at home. It hurts my neck, I often get a headache.
Since starting, what changes have you noticed in your body, movement, or daily life?
Suzanne: My body feels lighter, easy to move and less pain and stiffness. But you have to practice few times a week otherwise it’s slowly stiffening up.
Manita: Less stiffness.
Rene: I am more flexible.
What’s been your biggest personal accomplishment or “breakthrough” moment from the program?
Suzanne: Sitting cross-legged again and almost sitting on my knees.
Manita: The moment I felt sort of relaxed during the SXL exercise. Never thought that would ever happen!
Rene: SXL, when I touched the floor with my head.
What keeps you coming back each cycle?
Suzanne: I lose motivation when I don’t go to class and lose myself into being too busy to exercise. And I learn every time new things.
Manita: The enthusiasm of our teacher and group makes me want to come back every time.
Rene: Each cycle we get new exercises, now the balance exercises. And of course for you, our teacher.
How has this program influenced your confidence, energy, or mindset about movement and aging?
Suzanne: I have a lot more confidence in moving better and better. It’s like turning the clock on aging of my body backwards.
Manita: The fact that it really works for my body—less stiffness.
Rene: I feel that this program can help me to be fitter the rest of my life.
If a friend asked you why they should join, what would you tell them?
Suzanne: Immediately.
Manita: I would say: just do it! It’s really great for your body.
Rene: That it is good for your body, especially the muscles.
