Following the MAP Golf Seminar, this progression helps golfers expand mobility, balance, and consistency through targeted neural activations and deep stretching. Move freely. Feel younger. Regain confidence in motion.

Created for adults 50 and up, this small-group program helps reduce morning stiffness, improve balance, and restore everyday mobility. Through gentle neural activations, guided stretching, and balance integration work, youโ€™ll learn how to move with ease and confidence again โ€” in sport and daily life.

Designed for active adults in their 40s who feel stiffness, fatigue, or declining recovery, this 6-week traject uses the MAP Protocol (Maximize, Adapt, Produce) to restore mobility, balance, and energy. Experience measurable gains in range of motion, strength, and coordination through neural activations, targeted stretching, and small-group support.
