Performance Access Sessions
A small-group session for people training toward a specific physical initiative — race, event, competition, or return to full training — who want to ensure their body can fully access the strength, speed, and endurance they’re already building.
Training creates capacity. Access determines what shows up on the day.
This session is:
A single-session performance preparation experience
Focused on access, efficiency, and readiness
Designed to complement existing training
This session is not:
A workout
A training plan
Rehab or physiotherapy
Ongoing programming
This session is for people who are actively training toward something specific — not general fitness.
