Pain, stiffness, or fatigue slowing you down? Looking to unlock your full movement potential?
The PERFORMANCE & RECOVER Blueprint follows the MAP Protocol (Maximize, Adapt, Prosper)—where each pillar (PING, PRIME, RELEASE, and RECOVER) plays a critical role in keeping athletes strong, pain-free, and competition-ready.
PERFORMANCE Sessions (Sundays | 1200 - 1330): Unlock restricted muscle fibers, expand joint space, and enhance speed, power, and explosiveness.
RECOVER Sessions (Wednesdays and Fridays | 1200 - 1300): Reduce pain, restore movement, accelerate healing, and prevent injuries before they happen.
