Not swing coaching. Not fitness training. A nervous-system reset and muscle-lock release designed to free your rotation, sharpen your balance, and increase your range of motion. Following the MAP Golf Seminar, this progression helps golfers expand mobility, balance, and consistency through targeted neural activations and deep stretching. Choose from a 4- or 8-week small-group program to consolidate your gains and continue unlocking full-body performance on and off the course.

Created for adults 50 and up, this small-group program helps reduce morning stiffness, improve balance, and restore everyday mobility. Through gentle neural activations, guided stretching, and balance integration work, youโll learn how to move with ease and confidence again โ in sport and daily life.
