Performance Access Session

For people training toward a specific physical initiative — Hyrox, a marathon, a competition, or a test — who want to ensure their body can fully access the strength, speed, and endurance they’re already building. Training creates capacity. Access determines what shows up on the day.

Who this is for

This session is for you if:

  • You’re training for a defined event (Hyrox, marathon, competition, fitness test).
  • Your training volume or intensity is increasing and you want better readiness.
  • You feel fit and committed, but performance still fluctuates unexpectedly.
  • You notice inefficiencies, asymmetries, or “off days” without a clear reason.

What we do in the session

This is a single, paid small-group session designed to improve your system’s access to the capacity you’ve already trained—especially under demand.

  • Simple movement and coordination checks relevant to performance
  • Targeted inputs to improve readiness, efficiency, and output
  • Immediate re-checks so you can feel changes in real time
  • No exhaustion, no conditioning, no max effort

What this session is (and is not)

This session is not a workout, not a training plan, and not physiotherapy. It’s a performance preparation experience designed to reduce “performance leakage” and improve readiness.
