To get the most out of your traject:

  • Wear athletic clothing (there will be movement & stretching)

  • Sessions are barefoot

  • Bring water and a towel

  • A hoodie is nice to have during stretching

  • Hydrate well for 24–36 hours after each session

  • Avoid heavy training or competition on the same day

  • You may feel muscle fatigue after the session

  • The next day may feel like you had a deep massage - this is normal
