Program Tracks

✅ Basic Program (Lower Body Focus)

  • 1x/week · 4 sessions · 2 hours each

  • Focus: hips, low back, knees, ankles

  • Restore rotational freedom, balance, and lower-body drive

  • 💶 €240 per person

✅ Accelerated Program (Upper + Lower Body Focus)

  • 2x/week · 8 sessions · 2 hours each

  • Focus: hips, spine, shoulders, thoracic rotation, neck, wrists

  • Unlock full-body movement and eliminate upper-body restrictions

  • 💶 €400 per person
