Post-Injury Recovery for Lingering Restrictions

For people who’ve had an injury, completed physio, and are “cleared” — yet still notice stiffness, guarding, asymmetry, hesitation, or restricted range that keeps showing up. Pain may be reduced or gone. Movement still doesn’t feel fully free.

Who this is for

This session is for you if:

  • You’ve had an injury (recent or years ago) and it still influences how you move.
  • You’ve seen a physio (sometimes multiple times) and rehab has plateaued.
  • You’re back training or active — but not with full confidence or ease.
  • You keep thinking: “It’s better… but not the same.”

What we do in the session

This is a single, paid small-group session designed to test whether lingering restriction is still being held by the system, and how quickly access can return once the right signals are present.

  • Simple movement checks tied to your injury history and “stuck” ranges
  • Low-threat inputs to reduce guarding and improve access
  • Immediate re-checks so you can feel change in real time
  • No forcing. No exhaustion. No aggressive stretching.

What this session is (and is not)

It’s not physiotherapy, not rehab, and not a diagnosis. It’s a movement recovery experience designed to help you determine whether further structured work would be valuable — based on what your system demonstrates.
