Step 1 · Seminar (Level 1)

MAP Golf Seminar

3 hours · Max 4 participants · €177

Your 3-hour MAP Golf experience blends assessment, activation, and measurable feedback “on the range“.

  • Start with light swings to loosen up and establish your natural movement.

  • Conduct baseline tests to measure trunk rotation, balance, and core range of motion.

  • Apply neural activations that remove threat restrictions and unlock freer movement.

  • Hit balls again to feel and observe the difference in your swing.

  • Perform targeted stretching to release deep muscle-lock restrictions and increase rotational capacity.

  • Hit a final set of balls to experience your new range, control, and flow.

  • Track your own metrics and take home a personalized results sheet.

Practical Information

To get the most out of your experience:

  • Sessions at Ruff Golf Utrecht

  • At times you will be barefoot or in socks

  • Bring one club (preferably an iron)

  • Bring a water bottle and a light snack (e.g., granola bar)

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing

  • Parking: P1 (first 2 hours free; extra fees not included)

  • Plan a time buffer - sessions start promptly

Step 2 · Level 1 Progression

MAP Golf Level 1 Program

For golfers who want to build consistency after the seminar.

  • 4-Week Program — €597 per person

    • 4 × 2.5 h small-group sessions (max 4).

    • Build freedom and consistency in rotation, balance & recovery.

  • 8-Week Program — €1094 per person

    • 8 × 2.5 h small-group sessions (max 4).

    • Consolidate gains and improve repeatability under fatigue.

  • Seminar Credit: €50 when booked within 1 month of seminar.
